We think that Macromedia Contribute is a good Content Management tool for small or medium company sites - it lets web designers control the design, and lets the users that "own" the content create and modify the content - a win-win situation...
... what a pity then that Adobe have made it obsolete without any sensible replacement.

www.bergen.travel is an example of a site built some years ago on Dreamweaver Templates, with xhtml and CSS-based layout.
